Shipping

We dispatch every order from Pretoria in 3 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times

Standard delivery across South Africa takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Outlying areas can add 1 to 2 additional days.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is a flat R95 for orders under R1000. Orders of R1000 or more ship free.

Order tracking

A tracking link is emailed the moment your order leaves our studio. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder before reaching out.

Missed deliveries

If a delivery is missed, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at the nearest depot. Please respond promptly to their notifications to avoid a return to sender.
