Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. A binding contract of sale is formed only once payment is received and the order is dispatched.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before dispatch.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Pretoria and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days across South Africa.

Product use

Our serums are cosmetic products intended for external use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. We are not liable for reactions caused by misuse or by use contrary to the instructions on the label.
